## Executive Summary

The Security Log Anomaly Detection platform has evolved into a **portfolio-quality Mini-SIEM** with hybrid detection, JWT/RBAC, MITRE mapping, threat intelligence, correlation engine, and SHAP explainability. All core functionality works, regression tests pass, and the architecture is coherent.

**The project is release-ready for portfolio, internship, and demo use.** It is **not fully production-ready** for enterprise deployment without addressing pickle deserialization, default-auth dev mode, and unverified Docker runtime.
